Delaware County Assessor

The Delaware County Examining Board is currently accepting resumes from all eligible applicants for the position of Delaware County Assessor.

Delaware County is also entertaining applicants for a shared Assessor position between counties.

All applicants must be listed on the Iowa Department of Revenue Register of Candidates and have a valid Iowa Driver’s license.

Duties of the Assessor can be found in Iowa Code Section 441.17.
Salary will be determined by the Conference Board. Please submit cover letter, resume
and 3 professional references no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday November 9th, 2026 to:
