Part-Time Office Assistant Position Available
Delaware County Water, Sanitation, & Zoning Department
The Delaware County Water, Sanitation, and Zoning Department has an opening for a part-time employee in their office.
Ideal candidates for this position should be detail oriented, have experience in Microsoft Office, be proficient in data entry, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Candidates must be well organized, able to work independently and possess excellent people skills. This position will involve data entry, drafting letters, answering phone calls, scheduling, assisting with zoning meetings, and other tasks in the office as needed.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours ranging from 10-20 hours per week.
The hourly rate will range from $19-$20 and the start date will be the week of July 7, 2025.

Full-time position - Property Appraiser
The Delaware County Assessor’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time position as a Property Appraiser I to start employment July 7, 2025. The position will consist of collecting property information for use in determining assessed valuations working both in the office and in various weather conditions. Candidate must possess strong computer, communication, and public relations skills. Real estate, construction, or previous assessment experience helpful.

Seeks an individual who performs work in the management, maintenance and development of parks and conservation areas for a full-time position. Requires CDL Class A license with Air Brake endorsement. The Delaware County Board of Supervisors along with the Delaware County Veterans Affairs Commission will select a candidate for the position of commissioner on a 3-member board for a term of 3 years.
Requirements:

3. Must attend regular monthly meetings.
4. Must be a resident of Delaware County.
