This quality public golf course was established in 1927 on the south edge of Manchester, Iowa. In 2001, the course was expanded to 18 holes and all facilities were remodeled. The fully renovated Clubhouse features a Restaurant, Lounge, Pro Shop and Game Room including a "Full Swing" Golf Simulator.

The Pro Shop, 563-927-4155, provides information on daily green and cart fees and tee time reservations.

Woods Edge is a 9-hole course open to the public daily. The course features the Bixby Room Reception Hall, which is available for all occasions, and the Woodchuck’s Lounge, a full service bar and short order restaurant.

The thirty-six bunker golf course has watered fairways and is professionally managed and maintained.

The pro shop provides a wonderful selection of golf equipment and merchandise to help you tame one of northeast Iowa’s finest golf courses. Season passes, green fees and cart rental information can be obtained by calling the club house.

This 9-hole public golf course also has a driving range to warm-up before you hit the links. The club house is open to non-golfers who would like to enjoy a refreshment while they wait for their family or friends to finish their round. Season passes, green fees and driving range information is available by calling the club house.

Backbone Golf and Country Club is located near the north entrance of Backbone State Park just a short drive from Strawberry Point. This recently remodeled course provides 9 holes of challenging golf with the tree line of Backbone State Park bordering it to the east and south. While this course was built in the late 1960's, recent improvements have not only accented the beauty of its rolling fairways but also the challenges that face occasional and avid players alike. Lone Pine Golf & Country Club

This beautifully manicured 9-hole course has watered fairways and offers weekend golfers a tasty breakfast before they head to the course. Lone Pine also has a restaurant which features a full menu or buffet year round. Call the country club for membership and green fees information.
